Rob has 33 years of experience in the high-tech industry. His recent executive roles include overseeing Corporate Planning & Strategy, serving as CFO/COO of a business unit with P&L responsibilities, and holding financial executive positions responsible for global Sales & Marketing, and worldwide Manufacturing. In his last role, he worked closely with the CEO and Executive Staff, providing regular reports to the Board of Directors.
Rob has experience building leaders across various cultures in the United States, China, Southeast Asia, Europe, Israel, and Latin America. He led company-wide career development programs and fostered mentor and advisory relationships internally and externally through programs such as Women’s Unlimited Inc and university internships. Rob coaches leaders to grow their capabilities through self-awareness of strengths and growth areas, competency-based models, and practical on-the-job development to match personal growth to business results.
Rob resides in the Phoenix area and has been married for over thirty years with one adult son in northwest U.S. He maintains a lifestyle of health and fitness, enjoys trying new activities to stay curious, and volunteers his time to causes such as Special Olympics and Montessori high school career talks.
Steve Rowe

Accomplished International Leader in Multiple Companies
Steve is an accomplished leader with over three decades of experience with multiple high-tech firms. He has extensive experience leading large world-wide teams across manufacturing and business units. His hands-on international experience includes expatriate assignments in Costa Rica and China as the VP of Asia Finance. His last role was focused on standing up a company and establishing the Finance Organization & Processes with the Executive Staff and parent company executives.
Steve has always had a passion for working with people and developing organizations. He is a recognized leader and role model in people and organizational development and led many company-wide programs and initiatives. Throughout his career he generated a significant following across the globe including the U.S, China, Southeast Asia, India, Europe, Israel and Latin America. He is known for his empathy, listening skills and ability to mentor to help people achieve their personal and professional goals.
Steve lives in Tempe and is an Arizona native. He’s been married for almost 37 years with two adult children, whom he enjoys spending time and traveling with. Steve enjoys golfing, hiking and traveling with his family and friends.
